Tan Sri Ani was the Director of Rubber Research Institute (1974 -1982), Chairman of National Savings Bank Malaysia, Group Chief Executive of Kumpulan Guthrie (1982 -1990) and Chairman and Chief Executive of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (1990-1996), after which he retired from public service.

Mohd Alif is a graduate from Multimedia University (MMU). He has a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. He is now finishing his MBA in MSU. He formed Silver Ridge Enterprise, a technology company specializing in supplying hardware and software solutions. He is also the director of Sutraworlds Technologies Sdn Bhd, one of Aidan Tech strategic alliances in telecommunication industry.

Mohd Suhaimi is a graduate of Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, majoring in Mathematics. Prior to joining Aidan, he worked in Khazanah Nasional Bhd, as an executive associate in the strategic management unit.

Mohd Akmal earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Renssalear Polytechnic Institute in New York, USA. He is now completing his Masters in IT in UTM. He has vast technical expertise from his experience working in multinational technology companies such as Intel and Shell.

Mohd Iznan graduated from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, Albstadt, Germany with a degree in Engineering. Since 1999, he has been involved in organizing numerous educational programs in Malaysia. He is now a director in Ardent Educational Consultants.

Khairul Anwar graduated from Purdue University, Indiana, USA, where he studied Engineering and Economics. He is currently finishing his MBA in UM. Prior to joining Aidan, he was an R&D engineer in Motorola for several years.
